At TWG, we provide warranty coverage for all products sold, subject to the respective terms and conditions outlined below:
- Original Sets: All smartphones sold at TWG are original sets.
- Warranty Coverage: The warranty coverage, policy, and duration follow the guidelines set by the respective principal (manufacturer). Customers can either send their purchased original sets directly to the authorized service center for warranty requests or bring them to our service center. We will facilitate the item’s transfer to the authorized service center based on our schedule.
- Waterproof Devices: While some devices are designed to be waterproof, it’s important to note that water damage can still occur. In such scenarios, the warranty will be invalidated.
- Proof of Purchase: All warranty claims must be accompanied by the shop’s official tax invoice/receipt/proof of purchase. The shop reserves the right to reject warranty claims in the absence of any form of proof of purchase. The proof of purchase can be a photocopy or the original document.
- Data Loss: During the repair or servicing process, the shop is not liable for any data loss. Customers are responsible for backing up their data before sending their items for warranty purposes.
- Removal of Parts/Accessories: The shop may need to remove certain parts or accessories during the repair process. For example, tempered glass, screen protectors, customized stickers, or skins might be removed. The shop will not replace or be responsible for the removal or damage of any additional accessories.
- Return Shipping Costs: The shop will not cover the shipping cost or any other costs associated with sending broken or faulty items to the shop. Customers are also responsible for the return shipment costs for canceled services or for devices where the warranty has been invalidated. However, for devices eligible for warranty claims, the shop will bear the shipping cost of sending the device back to the customer.
