1. Pricing: The prices listed on our website are final and non-negotiable. However, we offer special rates subject to quantity purchases for corporations.
2. Accessories: The accessories included in the box are exactly as listed in our advertisement.
3. Shipment and Delivery: All orders placed before 4:00 PM from Monday to Friday (except on public holidays) will be shipped on the same day. In the case of items out of stock, we will make every effort to send the item within the next 2 working days. If we are unable to fulfill the order, a refund or replacement will be offered on the 3rd day.
4. Returns and Refunds: All products sold are non-returnable. However, if a customer insists on returning a product within 7 days from the date of purchase, a restocking fee of 35% or more will be charged. The condition of the item and its packaging will be verified by our technician and sales representatives.
5. Pre-Orders: For pre-order items, we will hold the product for 90 days from the date of pre-order. A final reminder will be given, allowing an additional 30 days for customers to collect their unit and complete the remaining payment (if applicable). Failure to collect the pre-order within the given timeframe will result in the forfeiture of the pre-order deposit, which will not be returnable or refundable.
6. Customer Responsibility: Our sales team can provide advice and guidance, but the customer is solely responsible for the selection of purchased items.
7. Stock Availability and Reservation: We cannot guarantee the availability of stock at all times due to walk-in sales and delivery orders. However, we offer same-day reservations without any deposit. To make a reservation, please call our hotline at 03-56211355.
8. Product Conditions: Some sets may not be in sealed box condition, while others may come in a sealed box. We will always be transparent regarding the status of our sets.
9. Payment: Please make payment and upload proof of payment (for offline payment methods) within 24 hours from the time of order. Failure to do so may result in the rejection of your order. For a list of payment methods, please refer to our payment method page.
10. Payment Methods: All on-sale items, discounts, and items with extra free gifts are eligible for payment via cash, online transfer, debit card, credit card (one-time swipe), charge cards such as AMEX, and e-wallets such as GrabPay (excluding Grab paylater) and Boost, Touch & Go.
11. Immediate Payment for Sales/Promotional Items: Payment for all sales and promotional items must be made immediately after placing the order.
12. Proof of Payment: Proof of payment must be provided in the form of a screenshot or picture of the original receipt from online banking, cash deposit machine, or bank counter. Email confirmations will not be considered as proof of payment.
13. Fraudulent Transactions: We reserve the right to withhold payment if a transaction appears to be a possible fraud, such as payment made by a third party instead of the buyer or recipient. In such cases, we will lodge a police report.
14. Order Processing and Stock Availability: If the item(s) purchased by the customer are not in stock, we will make every effort to restock and ship the item on the next day. However, if the item is still unavailable on the 3rd day from the date of purchase, we will inform the customer and provide a replacement or refund based on mutual agreement.
15. Price Changes and Order Cancellations: We reserve the right to change the price of any item without prior notice. In the event of system hacking, malfunction, or inaccurate description, we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund if payment has already been made.
16. Shipping and Communication: To avoid delays in shipping, please refrain from sending the same order to multiple salespeople. Please deal with only one salesperson or use one mode of contact. For example, if you order via email, continue to communicate through email. If you order via WhatsApp, continue to communicate through WhatsApp.
17. Shipping Location: We currently only ship within Malaysia.
18. Free Shipping: Free shipping is available for selected products only.
19. Self Pickup: For self-pickup at our TWG outlet, please allow us up to 8 hours of our operating hours to process your order before the item is ready for collection.
20. Purchase-with-Purchase (PWP) Promotion: Customers must purchase PWP items within 7 days from the date of receipt. The promotion is no longer valid after the 7-day period.
21. Order Cancellation and Refund Requests: If a customer decides to cancel an order or request a refund based on personal justification, an administrative fee of RM20 will be charged, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
22. Refund Process: The refund process will take approximately 5 working days to complete. However, for credit card purchases, the refund may take approximately 10-14 days to process. If you have used PayLater as your payment method and settled the corresponding payment amount, the only refund method available is through PayLater, subject to the PayLater Terms of Use.
23. Warranty: The warranty period for local original sets is determined by the authorized distributor or manufacturer.
24. Return Shipping Costs and Warranty Claims: TWG will not cover the shipping cost or any other costs associated with the return of broken or faulty items. Customers are responsible for paying the return shipment costs for cancellations of service or for devices where the warranty has been invalidated. However, for devices eligible for warranty claims, we will bear the shipping cost of sending the device back to the customer.
25. Warranty Assistance: For original product purchases from us that require warranty support, TWG will assist in sending the product to an authorized service center. Any negotiations regarding the warranty will be conducted directly between the device owner and the service center.
26. Payment Methods Not Accepted: We do not accept payment via PayPal, local cheques, or international bank transfers. We will not be responsible for payments made using these methods.
